US REO Fund
REO
"REO" stands for Real Estate Owned. When a mortgage is delinquent there is a foreclosure which could culminate in foreclosure auction. At the auction, if there are no cash buyers then the bank will take ownership of the real estate. At this point it is becomes the property of the bank and thus Real Estate Owned (by the bank).

Residential

The current focus is on buying residential assets with clearly defined exit strategies. Residential properties can be difficult to manage and dispose off on a multi-state multi-asset portfolio. Our tried and tested disposition strategy carefully executed by our portfolio manager, First Fidelity REO, typically turns over each asset in less than 3 to 4 months.

US REO Fund is one of a few companies in the United States that has access to a large pipeline of quality single family REO.
By leveraging our strategic alliances with banks and governmental agencies, US REO Fund is able to maximize returns on the acquisition, management and disposition of these distressed properties whilst deploying a socially responsible exit strategy which ensures that cost of home ownership is less than that of renting. Thus, converting  houses into homes and stabilizing local neighborhoods.
